Hello Devil Ray Families,

The meet program and entries form will be emailed Friday. Meet programs will not be available for purchase, you should print a copy if you'd like one for the meet. Please read all the following information about Saturday’s meet.

Check In:

All swimmers and volunteers need to check in by 7:15 am. The coaches will assist with writing events on arms, but you can do this at home too.

Theme:

Whittier Riptides theme is Pirates and Mermaids and they have invited us to participate in the swashbuckling fun.

Location:

2000 E. Greenleaf Drive, Frederick 21702

Parking:

Limited parking is available in the lots in front of the pool and playground/pavilion. Overflow parking will be on the street. We encourage carpooling! We also ask that no one park in the condo parking lots and that you please be respectful of driveways.

Warm-Ups:

Warm-ups will be from 7:25-7:50 am with a meet start time of 8:00 am.

Concessions:

Concessions will be available for purchase. We accept cash and Zelle payments. We will also have a coffee vendor on site.

Whittier- 7:00-7:25

Dearbought - 7:25-7:50

Official Meeting- 7:35 (at the starter table)

Timer Meeting: 7:45 at the starter table)

Scratch Meeting: 7:50 (at the IT tent

Masters Relay: At the halfway point there will be a parents and coaches relay race.  The Devil Rays has 1 team.  If you are interested in participating please let me know.  Please join us on the pool deck during this race to cheer on our team.  

Late or Illness:

The morning of the meet if you will be late or can't make it due to illness text 301-219-9294.
