Hello Devil Rays Families!

It's hard to believe that we’re approaching the end of the summer swim season! Only a few more weeks left!

The Dearbought Devil Rays End of Season Banquet and Awards Ceremony will be held Tuesday, July 21 from 6:00 to 9:00PM at the Dearbought Pool. (The rain date will be Thursday, July 23.) Make sure you have your calendars marked as you don’t want to miss this special evening.

This event is for ALL registered swimmers, including pre-team swimmers, non-meet participants, and meet swimmers. We want to recognize everyone’s hard work this summer.

Banquet forms have been placed in all swimmers folders. There is one form per family.

• If you have a pre-team AND team swimmer, your family’s form is in your team swimmer’s folder.
• Pre-Team Families: If you have a pre-team swimmer only, please check the Pre-Team folder located in the file boxes that are set out daily by the pool house.

Please make sure to complete your family's registration form asap. Completed forms with payment (cash or check only) should be returned in the envelope provided to the folder marked "BANQUET" in the file boxes no later than Friday, July 17th. Unfortunately, due to our caterer deadline to make our final order, no late forms can be accepted.
