Hello Devil Rays Families,

Tonight is the last chance to declare your swimmer for our first meet this Saturday at HOME: Dearbought! Everyone should mark if their swimmer is going to the meet or not.

While you are declaring your swimmer take a moment and sign up for a job at the meet. If your child is participating in the meet you are required to volunteer for one half of the meet.

To enter your swimmer(s) for a Meet, please follow these instructions:

• Start by going to the Signup Calendar page and then click on the green "Meet Entry" button located next to the event you are committing to.
• Next click the "Edit" button at the bottom of the page.
• For each swimmer select an option from the dropdown list next to his/her name: "Attending" or "Not Attending."
• Choose the events you would like your swimmer to be entered in by clicking on the box to the left of the event.
• After you have selected the preferred events (No more than 4) make sure to save the changes.
• Please enter any notes for the coaches, such as leaving early or arriving late, in the notes box.
• The final decision for swimmer entries will be determined by the coaches.
• Note: If your swimmer is new to the sport, please only select the 25 Free and/or 50 Free) unless you have been told otherwise by a coach.
• Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
