Updates and Meet Notice
Hello Devil Ray Families,
Couple of updates:
Banquet- Everyone is welcome to come to the banquet, all swimmer are recognized, even if they did not participate in meets. We want to celebrate everyone's dedication to our team this summer. All swimmers have a file in the file box and banquet registration can be found in your swimmers file.
Fun Friday- Tomorrow is our last Fun Friday this season. Come out and play some games in the pool and get your donut.
Meet Notice: You can find all meet information below from our host team, the meet program and hand writers report are attached.
Check in- All swimmers must check in by 6:40am
Warm ups- 6:55am

Divisionals Meet Information
July 19, 2025
Our meet theme is Tropical 🥥🌴🌺🍍🌸
Pool Location: 4500 Arboretum Dr. Monrovia, MD 21770
This is a 25 meter, eight-lane pool
Parking: We have a parking lot dedicated to the pool and you may park anywhere in the lot that isn’t already blocked off. We will reserve 3 spots per team for coaches and team reps. You may park along the streets highlighted in yellow. Please be mindful not to block any driveways or alleys. Carpooling is highly recommended!
Team Seating Areas: All five teams will be sitting in the grassy area behind the pool. Each team area will be marked. Please leave room for walking in between the team sections. You are welcome to bring as many canopies and chairs as needed for your team area. We will provide one trash can per team. Thank you in advance for keeping your team area clean.
Different from a dual/tri meet:Entry Gate by Clerk of Course (across from the team areas) is for Swimmers, Officials, Coaches, and Clerk of Course ONLY- Not spectators.
All spectators must follow the orange arrows on the map to enter through the concessions area OR around past the playground to the other spectator entry gate.
Coach Area: Each team will have one table with an umbrella and chairs set up on the pool deck.
Spectator Area: Spectators may stand along the turn end of the pool or along the side of the pool (behind the caution tape). Standing room only. No families or swimmers may set up any chairs or canopies inside the pool deck.

| 7:30 AM | Timer Meeting under the canopies at the start end of the pool |
| 7:45 AM | Scratch Meeting (coaches and clerk of course) in the Clerk Area/Bull Pen outside the pool gates. |
| 7:55 AM | Events 1-5 report to Clerk of Course prior to National Anthem |
| 8:00 AM | Meet Starts |
Concessions: Starting at 7am we will be selling Dunkin coffee & donuts, muffins, candy, chips, water, soda, and gatorade. We will have Domino’s pizza for sale by the slice by 11am. We accept Cash and Venmo.
Food Trucks: Wonderbowls will be here for the start of the meet and Kona Ice will be in the parking lot at 10am.
T-Shirts: Everyone who pre-ordered a Divisionals shirt can pick them up directly from the Sidemind Creations trailer in the parking lot. He will also be printing shirts live on site! Shirts are $25.
Raffle: Be sure to purchase a 50/50 Raffle ticket. You might be the big cash winner! The raffle winner will be drawn at half-time and you must be present to win.
